The college was recently established in the year 2017. CPC is approved by AICTE and is affiliated with Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi. The college offers diplomas in polytechnic courses in multiple specialisations. Candidates seeking admission must fulfil the eligibility criteria of CPC and must score at or above the CPC PECE cutoff to move further in the admission process. All the courses are offered in fulltime mode. Eligible candidates will then be called by the college for document verification along with other mandatory admission processes at the time of counselling the candidates are requested to carry all the required documents (photocopies along with the original) to get their seats reserved. All the CPC examination and seat allotment is done by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (J.C.E.C.E.B), Ranchi Jharkhand. CPC has various facilities and infrastructure for the students, faculty, and staff.
