The college was recently established in the year 2017. CPC is approved by AICTE and is affiliated with Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi. The college offers diplomas in polytechnic courses in multiple specialisations. Candidates seeking admission must fulfil the eligibility criteria of CPC and must score at or above the CPC PECE cutoff to move further in the admission process. All the courses are offered in fulltime mode.
