Chandra Sekhar College, Keonjhar Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college hostel is situated within the premises of the college to accommodate UG boys students. Arrangements have been made for the inmates to provide a conducive atmosphere for their safe security and economical and affordable accommodation. Boarders are from the Jharkhand, Mayurbhanj district and from the locality about 50 K.M. far away from the nook and corner of the Keonjhar district.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a central library and a reading room to cater to the needs of the students and teachers. Reference Books, Textbooks, and Periodicals are section-ally kept separate in Almirah and Shelves. It has also a Book bank facility exclusively for the needs of poor students. The librarian is always in close contact with the faculty for new syllabi, the latest edition if any required by the teachers to facilitate teaching to the students.

The college has a very big playground having cricket and football fields in it. Students very often play and do physical exercises to keep themselves fit. They also play Chess, Caroms, Volleyball, Badminton & Handball, etc. Since it is a big playground it provides a platform for participants in athletic events at the National, state, and University levels out of practice.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College has a student-cum-faculty canteen to enable the students to interact and relax in their free time enjoy tasty and hygienic food and also engage themselves in creative activities. On different academic occasions or cultural and sports events, it is refurbished with a new look and caters to members as per their demand.

The College has a separate conference hall with a capacity to accommodate 120 persons, the hub of all intellectual activities.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college is networked and provided with wired and Wi-Fi network connectivity. As each of the blocks is situated some distance apart from the other, the Wi-Fi network connectivity enables the total Organization to work as a single unit. The Office Block of the College is automated and runs over the Wi-Fi network. Also, the Digital Library of our College is integrated with the Wi-Fi network and students are provided access to the Internet in the Digital Library.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facility for visiting faculty and student family members.
