Choithram College of Nursing admissions aim at selecting very intense and capable students who can withstand the rigors of the highly taxing nursing programmes. This is the primary undergraduate course offered by CCON having intake capacity of 100 students each year. Admission into B.Sc Nursing programme would strictly be based on performance of the candidate in 10+2 examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects. The duration of the course is for four years.
CCON offers 5 specialisations in M.Sc Nursing, with an admission capacity of 5 students per year in each. The specialisations are:
The B.Sc degree in Nursing must be obtained from a recognised university for admission in these courses. Selections might be based on academics and performance in the entrance examination, if applicable. Each of the master's programmes lasts for a duration of 2 years.
CCON awards the Ph.D. degree in Nursing. Admissions to the Ph.D. programme are based on the candidate's performance and merit in the Master's degree and on research potential. An interview and appraisal of the research proposal may form part of the selection process.
