The present paper revolves around the study of Christian College of Nursing, Kanyakumari which was founded in the year 1999 and is one of the most leading institutions that provide nursing education in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. This affiliated college is situated in Neyyoor and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) in order to make sure in the responsive behaviour of the college towards the educational needs of the country in the field of nursing. They include; M.Sc in Medical Surgical Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Obstetrics/Gynaecological Nursing and Psychiatric Nursing. Courses for all types of nurses are only full time and offer comprehensive training in many medical nursing fields. Total enrolment of students across all programmes: 224, which has been planned with keeping appropriate student-faculty ratio for teaching-learning process in mind.
