Ranking Methodology: The colleges are ranked as per the cumulative score that they have received. The college that has got the maximum cumulative score will be ranked first while the college that has got least cumulative score will be ranked last.
The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
The College has a spacious and well-equipped library which is run according to an open access system. The Library occupies an area of 1100 sq. Meter and has more than 150 seats for its readers. It has a rich collection of about 53000 Volumes of Books, Bound Periodicals, Reference collection, Ph.D. thesis, ME/ BE Project Reports, Standards, and CD-ROMs. The library has procured SOUL Software and computerized all the activities. More than 1550 Users (Students and Staff) using the library regularly. The college has a departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.
The College Centralized Computing Centre(CCC) of TCE was established in the year 2004. The main objective is to provide a state-of-art computational facility for the academic and research community. It is featured with HP Itanium Server, HP Blade servers, and HP ML350G servers with SAN and NAS storage and 150 HP Desktops. 'Single Sign-on mechanism is implemented using these centralized servers. It is fully developed in Open Source. Using unique user id users are authenticated to use all machines inside the campus irrespective of OS. The major services include User file storage in NAS with predefined quota Intranet access Mail server access.
The College Alumni Association of the College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology has been formed during the year 1991 and registered under the Societies Registration Act of XXII 860 bearing Registration No. 3403-78 of 1991-92. Its office is located in the College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology building of the University at Bhubaneswar. At present, there are 200 life members of the association. The aims and objectives of the association are as follows.
The college has sports facilities for all students.
The college Campus has an in-house clinic for immediate health care needs for staff and students. Doctor's visit the campus regularly for medical treatments. 24x7 Ambulance service also exists inside the campus. Medical camps are organized periodically to create health care awareness among students.
The College OUAT Campus Guest House has 2 floors with 27 rooms that are airconditioned. Catering service is provided by the caretakers of the Guesthouse. The fully equipped Conference Hall is attached to the Guesthouse and is used to conduct meetings and conferences. All rooms in the Guest House have Wi-Fi access for internet browsing.
The College CAET has Main Canteen located near the student's amenities center. It has a Seminar Hall Annexe which is used by the staff and students for meetings and discussions. In addition, a 'Food Court' housed with 4 varieties of caterers is also located near the OUAT Farm in order to serve food varieties for the staff and students.
The College Odisha Transport department has started bus services from the University campus joining major places in Bhubaneswar. Students and staff utilize the bus trips which connect major places in and around Bhubaneswar. The buses operate throughout the day tonight at 9:00 p.m. Students also utilize the bus facility for local visits.
The College CAET Stationery Stores caters to all needs of the students in connection with academics. It sells all items at a nominal cost to students. Besides the stationery store, there is Siripur Market complex where all the commodities of daily needs are available.
The College State Bank of India Branch is housed in OUAT Campus. The branch provides all banking facilities for the staff and students. Students fees and other payments are remitted through this campus bank branch only.
