College of Agriculture, Ummedganj, Kota is an agricultural education college founded in the year of 2018 located at Kota, Rajasthan. It is an affiliated college which promises an array of courses in the field of agriculture, including, undergraduate, postgraduate and even at doctoral level. Currently, the institute has 37 members of the faculty which offers quality education in several disciplines of agriculture. The college is co-educational On this regard, the college admits students of any given gender which makes the college a good place to learn.
College of Agriculture, Ummedganj holds student facilities in high esteem and aims to give its students state of art facilities that will transform their learning. The flagship programme is the B.Sc Agriculture, a 4-year full-time programme for 66 students’ intake. At the postgraduate level, the college offers the following M.Sc. programmes in specific areas of specialisation namely Agronomy, Genetics and Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, Horticulture and Agriculture Extension and Communication. All of these M.Sc programmes are 2-year full-time courses with different intake capacities. The college also has Ph.D. programmes in Agronomy, Genetics and Plant Breeding and in Plant Pathology with a duration of 6 years only and having meagre seats.
The admission process common to College of Agriculture, Ummedganj, Kota depends more on the state level combined entrance tests.
