CSI College for Legal Studies, Kanakkary was started in 2013 as an affiliated college at Ettumanoor, Kottayam, Kerala. Recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI), this is an institution exclusively for legal education and have two integrated law courses. The college offers a total of 120 students’ enrolment at a time and little faculty of 26 members to ensure a concentrated learning atmosphere for the persons intending to make a career in law fields. The institute's commitment to quality education is evident in its 1:4.It had a 6:1 faculty to students ratio they stated that showed they were able to focus on every student individually.

This college has available amenities that can help improve learning process and personal development of the students. A library is well stocked with books and magazines, recent periodicals, law reports and journals and has photocopying services to facilitate research.
