72 MonthsDoctor of Pharmacy(Pharm.D) offered a Full-time three/six-year Doctoral program and it is offered by IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned. and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
Eligibility Criteria
10+2 with physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: mathematics or biology.
Or
A pass in the D.pharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
Or
Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. Provided that a student should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course.
