CVM College of Pharmacy which commenced from the academic year 2009 is an affiliated college situated in Velichala, Karimnagar, Telangana. With PCI approval, the institute confers a variety of pharmaceutical courses on its 3-acre of land. CVM College of Pharmacy has a total student enrolment capacity of 135 and total faculty of 61 that makes it a specialised college. Currently, the college delivers its 7 programmes at three levels of tertiary education; additionally, it specializes in diverse areas of pharmacy learning. It is a co-educational institution admitting students of different genders to prepare and train them in pharmacy to join the pharmaceutical business.

In this regard, the college has many facilities that support learning needs of the students. The library has adequate=zeros of volumes in all departments of pharmacy, general knowledge, and daily affairs, to meet the needs of the students. An up to date computer tracking is part of the college’s ICTs, crucial for analysis, simulated and experimentations related to drugs. For the facilities of its learners, the college offers the accommodations of HOSTEL for boys and girls in Karimnagar City and transportation in the college bus daily. The college also provide a health centre with a first aid section, games fields and a gym for students’ bodily health. There is a facility for holding theater performances, meetings, seminars etc., and a canteen facility is also provided to meet the food requirement of the students and the staffs in the college.

CVM College of Pharmacy teaches a total of 6 courses out of which some are undergraduate and postgraduate level. At the post graduate level, college offer various specialisation in M.Pharma including, pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmaceutical management and regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical technology, pharmaceutical analysis and quality assurance. 

The admissions are offered based on the marks obtained in Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and medical Common entrance test (TS EAMCET). For the admission in M.Pharma programs the candidates have to qualify in the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test, abbreviated as TS PGECET. The college considers these standardised tests to create equitable and competitive so as to admit the worthy candidates.
