Dayanand College, Ajmer was established in 1942 is a well known institute situated at Ramgunj Ajmer (Rajasthan). This affiliated co-educational college has the following characteristics: Total land area 105 acres, which offer a favourable environment for learning. Currently, the college has 2,447 students enrolled for their courses, and the college has 53 faculties It provides 21 courses under nine degree programmes. Dayanand College is famous for having all round educational facilities in Arts, Commerce, Science, Agriculture and Physical Education to every age and nature of student.
This college boasts of effectively providing a good learning environment additionally complemented by efficient professional facilities. The central library spread over forty thousand square Feet has strength of more than 240000 books and journals providing support to all the faculties for their regular academic operations. LAN and WI-FI services ensure that students have well institutionalised modern technologies of information Technology in a computerised centre. The college also having seven sophisticated fully-equipped research laboratory in physics chemistry botany, zoology and agriculture facilities For studies. Sports freaks are also provided with the necessities after the campus boasts of tracts for different games such as cricket, association football, basketball and 400 meters athletics’ track. Cultural programmes and functions are conducted in the recently constructed auditorium that has been fitted with audio visual facilities.

Campus infrastructure is not so good, there is no wifi facility, canteen provide decent quality of food. No hostel provided form collage's side, even classrooms are also not that much clean and hygienic.
