Dr. B. N. Purandare Arts and Smt. S.G. Gupta Commerce and Science College, Lonavala, was established in the year 1983 as a lighthouse of higher education in the very picturesque town of Lonavala, Maharashtra. The affiliated college thus commands a total area of 7 acres in offering UG and PG programmes diverse across the board. With a total student enrolment of 885, the faculty strength is 23, making the student-to-teacher ratio quite agreeable. The NAAC has accredited this college with a good grade, reflecting its commitments to the promotion of quality education.
