Dr PDBH Government PG College, Kotdwar, was established in the year 1971 as one of the major educational institutes under Pauri Garhwal of Uttarakhand. It is a co-educational campus covering an area of 13 acres, and the college conducts courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. This college is affiliated with the state university and accredited by NAAC. It has also acquired approval from the National Council for Teacher Education. Student enrolment is 4,332: 2,797 females and 1,612 males. The student-faculty ratio stands at 62:1, having a total of 80 faculty members. There are 25 courses in number under 7 degrees covering many disciplines.
