Dr. Shantilal Dhanji Devsey Arts College and Commerce and Science College, Wada (established in 1981) are also co-educational institutions in Palghar, Maharashtra. This affiliated college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and is spread on 5-acre land. Currently, the college has a population of 956 learners and 23 faculty staff; it provides 4 courses in diverse disciplines. It offers an array of programmes to both undergraduates as well as postgraduate learners in the Faculty of Science, Commerce, and Arts. The college they own has a number of new technique facilities to help their students.
This well-equipped library has an area of approx. 1000 sq ft with a collection of books in different sections, and new books coming in business, economics, humanities, and social sciences are procured and added. The library is equipped with computers and offers efficient library services to the users wishfully. The auditorium is a large hall with the possibility to seat about 500 people It is used for extracurricular activities and college events, equipped with a modern system of light and sound. Sports facilities, a clean gym, and state-of-the art IT help to support students in their education as well.
At present, Dr. Shantilal Dhanji Devsey Arts College and Commerce and Science College provides, over all, only 3 full B.T. & T, including both UG & PG courses. The courses are B.Sc, M.Com, and B.Com. The total seat intake of the institute is 300, which is spread over various courses being offered.
