DREAMS College of Pharmacy is an affiliated college established in the year 2010 in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Located at the 5KM milestone, Janta Road, Saharanpur, this institution deals primarily in pharmaceutical education. The college occupies a compact area of 1 acre and holds PCI approval to make a positive impact in the teaching of pharmacy. Having a student population of 106 students and a faculty that only consists of 7 members, DREAMS College of Pharmacy provides its students with a close-knit classroom. 

DREAMS College of Pharmacy has equipped its infrastructure to meet the needs of students through academic growth to personal growth needs. It is for this reason that it has fixtures for sports so that students can engage in activities that help build their health and develop team spirit. An auditorium is an area used in conducting occasions, seminars, discussions, and encouraging constructive cultural exercises.  This is supported by a well-endowed, facilitated university library that offers so much in terms of research and study and efficient practical laboratory facilities considered necessary for the courses offered in the faculty of pharmacy. There are pivotal facilities such as modern information technology facilities, a cafeteria for taking meals, and a guest house for visiting faculty and students’ family members, thereby making it a favourable place for learning and interaction. 

At present, DREAMS College of Pharmacy offers one main course, the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma). This is a full-time programme that takes two years to complete, and the approved cohort enrolment is 60 students. The D.Pharma course aims at offering adequate knowledge in the pharmaceutical sciences in order to equip them with knowledge for various sectors in the pharmacy business. Having a focus on this specific programme is an advantage for the college as a whole since it can devote its attention to the programme and curriculum while preparing the students for the future tasks they will face on the job.
