Established in the year 2012, Nowgong Engineering College Chhatarpur is a Government college, set up by the Madhya Pradesh Government. Nowgong Engineering College produces quality engineers by providing state-of-the-art engineering education. The NEC Nowgong offers courses at undergraduate level in the disciplines of engineering and architecture.
Nowgong Engineering College offers BE courses in five different specialisations with a duration of 4 years. Admission to the BE course at NEC Nowgong is done based on scores of JEE Main/ PEPT entrance examination followed by a counselling round. NEC Nowgong has a decent placement record where companies like Maruti Suzuki, BHEL and Galcon have visited the college. The NEC Nowgong is an institute of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal (RGPV Bhopal).

Infrastructure of the college is decent.All facilities is available here.A spacious classroom, library, computer lab, refreshment room, canteen and a big playground.campus is green, you can seat anywhere for refresh.

College Infrastructure
This engineering college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. There is a big Library with more than ten thousand books in it. Hostel rooms are very spacious. Roads are clean. Peaceful campus. Food is hygienic.
