Frank College of Education located in the J.P Nagar of Bangalore is an affiliated college formed in the year of 2004. This co-educational institution is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), main controller of norms and standards for the teacher education in India. The college is located in a small one-acre plot, enabling students to study education in a compressed area of the country. Frank college of Education caters for 200 students annually and three intakes per year with a facility staff of 16 members per faculty teaching. 

This college provides students with all kinds of amenities to facilitate their learning and nurturance. It boasts of a well stocked library with more than 2100 books, reference section of encyclopedias and dictionaries, publications of learned journals. Students also use modern computer laboratory equipped with more than 30 PC linked through LAN with high-speed internet connection. The campus consists of separate hostels for boys and girls for accommodation with necessities only. Concerning health, the college has provision of athletic facilities and a health facility with a first aid department. Academic and cultural activities, backed up by audio-visual facilities, take place in the auditorium. Also it provides canteen facility for the students, transport facilities, parking place for the students and employees of the college.

Frank College of Education, an affilated college of Bangalore University, is specifically a teacher education college admitting year three students only to the B.Ed programme but with an approved intake of one hundred students. This has made the institute adopt a specialised approach in order to focus in delivering quality education in teaching. The programme, which takes two years to complete without interruption, is aimed at producing effective teachers in accordance with the course objectives.
