Ganna Utpadak Mahavidyalaya, Bareilly, was established in 1973. It is an affiliated college and was located in Baheri, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was a co-educational institution of higher learning, providing undergraduate and postgraduate courses to students in its curriculum. It has an aggregate student enrolment of 3,407 and a faculty strength of 12, thus there is ample scope both academically and for personal development. Ganna Utpadak Mahavidyalaya offers 7 courses in degrees: viz., Arts, Commerce, and Science. 

Some of the facilities that the college has made available to the students in the enrichment of the learning process include; Library: A well-stacked library serves as a hub for knowledge as it offers an academic resource pool to the student.
