Geetadevi Khandelwal Institute of Pharmacy, Akola was established in 1980 in the memory of Late Sau. Geetadevi Shankarlalji Khandelwal. It is recognised by Pharmacy Council of India, (PCI) New Delhi and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is also permitted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai. The GKIP courses include Diploma in Pharmacy programme.
