Genesis Institute of Pharmacy is an affiliated college and is situated in Maharashtra, India. Originally affiliated to pharmaceutical education, the institute is located in 529/30, Near Gaibi Titta, Nipani-Devgad Road, opposite Bharat Petroleum in Sonyachi Shiroli, Radhanagari Taluka, Kolhapur District. The college occupies a space of only 2 acres with a compact area for learning, making it strategic. PCI recognises the institution, and all technical courses offered at the college are approved by AICTE so as to maintain and improve the quality of education imparted at Genesis Institute of Pharmacy. 

Genesis Institute of Pharmacy, located in Sonyachi Shiroli, Radhanagari Taluka, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, is affiliated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU), Lonere. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Genesis Institute of Pharmacy possesses various teaching and non-teaching facilities to nurture students in classes and personality development. This is an informative institution whose main role is to support library needs for pharmacy education and research. The clinical skills teaching laboratories provide the essential practical teaching and learning environments that are important in skill acquisition in pharmacy education. At present, Genesis Institute of Pharmacy runs two programmes, the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) programme and the B.Pharma. They are two-year full-time and three-year programmes respectively. The institute is legally allowed to enrol 60 students for this programme to ensure the institute upholds a coherent student-to-faculty ratio. The total faculty of the college is fifteen members, and thus the college is capable of offering maximum attention and effective teaching to all students. This is evidenced by the fact that total enrolment of the institute corresponds to the enrolment capacity, which is 60, thus implying quality for the admission process being preserved. Therefore, the basic requirement is to have good grades in the science subjects at the 10+2 levels.
