12 MonthsGITAM (Deemed to be University) offers a one-year, full-time PG Diploma in Healthcare Simulation Technology in association with JeevaRaksha Trust. This one-year program is designed for candidates from health sciences and engineering/technology backgrounds who wish to foray into the exciting world of Simulation.
The program focuses on training students to prepare for Session Preparation, Scenario Programming, Assessment Assistance, Data Management, Inventory Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Safety Compliance.
The unique features of the program include hands-on experience with State-of-the-art simulation, to learn from Expert faculty and leaders in the field.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate seeking admission to the Healthcare Simulation Technology Certificate Programme shall have:
1. A minimum 3-year bachelor's degree from any Health Professions’ Education stream/ Engineering and Technology/ Science streams as recognized by GITAM (Deemed to be University) with:
- min of 50% aggregate in the qualifying exams (45% for SC/ST candidates)
- have studied English as one of the principal subjects during the UG program and
- less than 40 years of age as of June 30th of the year of admission
2. No lateral entry or Partial exit is permissible
