Godutai Doddappa Appa Arts and Commerce College for women was started in the year 1973. This affiliated college is situated in Kalaburagi India VHO covers 3 acres and is NAAC approved. Since the institution has specialised more so in arts and commerce, it has three undergraduate programmes in its 502 registered students. We have 40 well-qualified, committed members in the faculty so that we have a good student-teacher ratio in our college. Interestingly, the institution is a women-only university, and the learning environment in general is very empowering to women.

Godutai Doddappa Appa Arts and Commerce College for Women is affiliated to the college Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women's University, Vijayapura. The Godutai Doddappa Appa Arts and Commerce College for Women boasts of featuring qualitive services that support value addition to the student’s learning and personality.
