Dear Aspirant
You need to mention the name of the medical college about which you are talking about. You also must mention the namd of your category and state also. If you don't mention the name of the college we can't suggest and predict your chances there.
I can predict your All India rank about 85000.
However with your marks you can't get government medical colleges in All India counselling for 15 % seats. You can check for state counselling for 85% seats.

Hello student,
It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon the cutoff of the exam. Cut-off changes every year. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest NEET score, whether you belong to any category or not. Cut-off changes from state to state. It also differs from all india quota seats to state quota seats.
The admission in BAMS course is done through on the basis of NEET score.
With 270 score in NEET under SC category, the chances of getting government seats seems less. This data is based on the last year's cutoff. As the cut-off for SC was in the range of 350-380. However you can have admission in private or deemed university.
