Specialisations include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Statistics, Biotechnology, Botany, Microbiology, and Zoology.

BA Programs: The college offers two specializations in BA. Completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in any stream to be eligible. The available specialization is in History, Economics & Political Science offered in English and Telugu medium.

B.Com Programs: B.Com has two specializations. The eligibility requires the candidate to have completed the 10+2 examination, obtaining a minimum of 50% marks in the Commerce stream. In addition to B.Com, Computer Applications specialization is offered in both English and Telugu medium.

MA Program: GCM Kurnool offers an MA in English. An applicant is eligible if they have their graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks. 

M.Sc Program: The College offers a course in M.Sc Physics. Eligibility criteria for continuing this course are a graduation degree in Science with at least 50% marks.
