Government Degree College, Kaghaznagar, was set up in 2019 and is a young growing college is located in Trishulpahad, sripur-kaghaznagar, Telangana. This college for boys and girls is located on a 5 acre campus and has undergraduate courses to fit different fields of specialisation. The college has enrolment of 138 students and 9 faculty members making it conducive to provide quality education. The institution offers 5 courses across 3 degree programmes in specific fields of study including Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physical Sciences and Commerce and Arts in English and Telugu media.

Government Degree College, Kaghaznagar, is pledged to give value added education and has set up a range of amenities that can help students to grow to their potentiality. There is also a library on the campus which is a major library to support the researches of the campus. As for specific sciences, the departmental laboratories support students with practical work necessary for the understanding of heuristic ideas. They are B.Sc. in Botany, Zoology and Chemistry, B.Sc. in Physical Science, B.Com Computer Application and two B.A programmes one in English Medium and another in Telugu Medium. All of these programmes are intended to take three years each to accomplish.
