Government Engineering College, Barmer, is a relatively young institution, established in 2018 as part of the BARC Scheme, targeted to fulfil the need for quality technical education in Rajasthan. Situated at Jaisalmer Road, National Highway 68, Barmer, this affiliated college has reached the extent of educational fame in the area rather promptly. Government Engineering College is affiliated with Bikaner Technical University, Bikaner.
