Government First Grade College, Gurumitkal, was started in the year 1991 and is located in Yadgir district of Karnataka state. Located at Hyderabad Road, Town Panchayat Office, this affiliated college is more than three decades old in formally educating the region. It is a NAAC accredited college offering a wide area of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in numerous disciplines. The institution occupies a 4 acre land and thereby, affords students the favourable learning environment. At present, the college has 627 students and consists of 10 hardworking teachers to focus on the quality and provide proper students-teacher ratio.
