Government Kachna Dhurwa College, Chhura Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has a very good Library which is open for the students on all working days. The library contains textbooks, Reference books, magazines, and newspapers. There are 13382 books in the Library at present. The student has issued almost all the books per their requirements at UG and PG levels. Competitive books are also available in the Library so that students can prepare themselves for competitive examinations like P.S.C., Railways, Banking, Vyapam, etc. At present, all the activities of the Library are performed by the Professor in charge. Soon a list of books will be uploaded on the college website so that students can pick up books on their needs and interests.

The College has a large field for field and track events and outdoor games. There are adequate facilities for sports and outdoor games like Kho-Kho, kabaddi, long jump, high jump, discus throw, javelin throw, badminton, football, etc. Indoor games like table tennis, board games, chess, and carom board, are available.

The College has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College has 8 well-equipped laboratories for science and arts faculty, including Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Chemistry instrumentation lab, Physics, Geography, English Lab, and Computer laboratory with internet facilities.

The College has a Gym facility for the students.

The College has good networking for the alumni association.

The College has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students.
