    The institute has the following clubs and committees:

    • Debating Society- The Government Law College Debating and Literary Society, or 'DebSoc,' is a committee dedicated to fostering a culture of debating and promoting the value of literature amongst the students.

    • Gujarati Mandal- The Gujarati Mandal celebrates festivals such as Makar Sankranti and Navratri in order to promote Gujarati culture.

    • Hindi Parishad- Government Law College's Hindi Parishad was established with the goal of promoting the Hindi language and the culture that it entails. The Hindi Parishad has been actively promoting Hindi and providing a platform for students of vernacular heritage to develop and showcase their culture.

    • Law Review- Students can polish their literary and research skills on the Committee's platform. The Law Review publishes two editions: a Students Edition and a Bench Edition, the latter of which contains articles published by members of the judiciary.

    • Legal Aid Committee- This committee provides a legal opinions to people in need. The issues concern family law, real estate law, labour law, and criminal law. 

    • The Leo Club- The Government Law College Leo Club is a Lions Club International youth organisation. Service projects, educational projects, cultural activities, workshops, and seminars are all part of the Leo club's activities.

    • Magazine Committee- This committee releases the magazine known as MeLAWnge. This magazine contains articles and interviews from the greatest legal luminaries of our nation, to experts from varied fields. 

    • Model United Nations Society- The goal of the GLC MUN Society is to inform students about the benefits of MUNning (an internationally recognised form of debate, discussion and deliberation.)

    • Music Circle- The Music Circle is dedicated to encouraging students to take up music as a valuable extracurricular activity.

    • NSS- The NSS wing of the college creates social awareness and imparts human values in students.

    • Rotaract Club- The GLC Rotaract Club is a branch of Rotary International, a global organisation dedicated to social service and societal advancement. The Rotaract Club wants to help its members grow as individuals.

    • Sports Committee- Throughout the year, the Sports Committee of Government Law College, Mumbai provides students with chances for participating in a variety of sporting activities.

GLC Mumbai offers a well-equipped boy's hostel as well as a multi-purpose gym with all of the latest exercise equipment for fitness-conscious students.     Government Law College Mumbai Courses

    The courses at the institution are offered at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. GLC Mumbai offers a total of five courses- L.L.B., B.L.S. L.L.B., Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law, Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights and Diploma in Cyber Law.     Government Law College Mumbai Admissions

    The admissions at the institution are offered at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The admissions for three and five years courses are offered on the basis of marks obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law (MHCET Law) conducted by Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra.     Well your score is good enough there are chances that you might get GLC based on previous year cutoff because the closing cutoff for GLC was 101.

    But there are very less chances of getting ILS with this score because the closing cutoff of ILS previous year was 111.
