Government Polytechnic Balangir was established in 2013 by the State Government of Odisha. To emerge as the best polytechnic in the state in the field of skill development and technical education for future technocrats who are competent to build an environment-friendly, sustainable society with strong ethics.
Government Polytechnic Balangir is affiliated with the Directorate of Technical Education and Training Cuttack. GP Balangir is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
