Government Polytechnic College, Barmer, started in 1988, is one of the most known technical colleges situated in Barmer, Rajasthan. Affiliated to the Gujarat University, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, offers a number of diploma programmes in the related fields of engineering. The college currently has an intake capacity of 215 students and a faculty of 21 teachers, which makes the teaching learning process personalised.
