Government Polytechnic College, Kelwara, the college of technical education, was set up in 2019 at Shahbad, Baran district of Rajasthan. This affiliated college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which provides good education in the stream of engineering. The institute is situated on 10 acres of land, and at present the number of students enrolled with the institute is 42, and the number of faculty members is 4. There are four diploma courses offered by the college in different engineering streams to meet the technical needs of technician-level professionals in the country.
