Government Polytechnic Kanda, Bageshwar was established in the year 2006 as an affiliated College at Uttarakhand. The technical institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education and offers diploma courses in engineering. The institution of the polytechnic is within a 5-acre compact campus.
