• Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are required to fill an online application form by entering the required information, uploading the documents and paying the requisite fee. 

• The authority prepares a merit list based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. A general merit list and category-wise merit list are released by the authority. 

• Candidates with their names on the merit list are required to fill their preferences of colleges and courses. Seat allotment is done on the basis of merit ranks, availability of seats, and choices locked by the candidates has been announced.

• Candidates who are offered admission have to undergo a document verification process at the specified centres. 

• Candidates who are allotted admission in the Government Polytechnic Koraput are required to report at the institute within the stipulated time and pay admission fee to secure their seat.
