Government Polytechnic, Pabau, was established in the year 2014. It is an affiliated college and has its campus in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. This technical institution is approved by AICTE and offers engineering diploma courses. With a strength of 4 faculty members and a total of 56 students enroled, and provides an ideal learning environment. Government Polytechnic, Pabau is presently running two full-time diploma courses of three years' duration with specialisations in Electrical Engineering and Civil and Environmental Engineering.

The flagship programmes of the institute are the Diploma in Electrical Engineering and the Diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Each of these courses has an approved intake of 30 students, bringing the total student intake to 60 for all courses offered. These three-year diploma programs are designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge that would enable them to excel in their chosen fields.
