Guman Singh Memorial Women Teacher Education College, Pali, established in 2006 in Sumerpur, Pali, Rajasthan, is an affiliated college. It is women's college aiming at teacher education with a programme of B.Ed and has an admission capacity of 200 students. The college is set up in a moderate land area of 2 acres and has a strength of fifty percent of its members on teaching faculties, having 13 members. 

Guman Singh Memorial Women Teacher Education College boasts itself about the availability of a number of infrastructural amenities that aids the learning ability of the students. It is equally loaded with academic materials such as books, periodicals and audio-visual materials as can stock up to five thousand volumes. The students also have opportunity to use internet connection and photocopying services in case they are available in the library. The institution has well equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology which enable the students to practice more of application. There is a large computer room to study basic computer literacy which is crucial in modern learning process. For physically fitness, the college has provisions of sports and games to maintain an apt balance of practice and academia. There is also an auditorium for occasions such as events and seminars to brighten the academic environment on the campus.

Guman Singh Memorial Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidhalaya has only one course on its curriculum, and that is the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This course has a duration of two years and is a full course meant for preparation of students to join teaching profession. It includes educational theory, methods for instruction, and classroom training. The college takes 200 students every year thus keeping a small point of view for teacher education to give each a personal touch and effective train for the same.

The admission process into the B.Ed programme in the Guman Singh Memorial Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidhalaya is offered based on the Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) as conducted by the Government of Rajasthan. This entrance exam is considered as the main criterion for selecting interested students.
