About Guru Nanak Institute of Management, Mullana

The Guru Nanak Institute of Management was established in the year 2008, and it is affiliated to Ambala, Haryana. The institute, in its 1-acre campus, provides management education to students. It stands with the approval of AICTE. The total enrolment within the institute is 176, with a faculty strength of 11 caring for a focused learning environment. 

The Guru Nanak Institute of Management also prides itself of quite a few modern facilities, which help students in their academic and personal growth. Air-cooled hostels are separate for boys and girls, each well-furnished with recreation rooms, Wi-Fi connectivity, solar-based water heating, among other state-of-the-art facilities. The admission procedure in Guru Nanak Institute of Management combines centralized counseling and institute level admissions. Guru Nanak Institute of Management offers 75% of the total seat for the MBA course through Online Centralized Counseling organized by Haryana State Counseling Society, Panchkula. Admission is done based on the score of a candidate in the Management Aptitude Test. The institute fills up the remaining 25% of seats and other vacant seats left by the centralised counseling based on the candidate's MAT score or marks obtained in the qualifying examination. In the same way, for the BBA course, the admission shall also be on the same lines, and entrance examination scores or marks in the qualifying examination may be taken into consideration by the institute for 25% admissions.

GNIM Eligibility Process

GNIM BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) Admission Process

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration): The BBA programme has 120 seats; every seat goes through a structured admission process. Out of the total, 75% of seats are filled through centralised counselling based on entrance examination scores; the remaining 25%, along with any vacant seats, are filled directly by the institute. 

Admission to these seats is based on the performance of candidates in the relevant entrance examinations or on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2). The programme is designed to prepare the students with a strong foundation of business management principles.

GNIM MBA (Master of Business Administration) Admission Process

MBA (Master of Business Administration): The programme has an intake of 90 seats, and there is an equally thorough procedure of selection. In the context of the BBA programme, 75% of the seats are allocated by the online centralised counselling conducted by the Haryana State Counselling Society based on MAT scores. 

The Institute itself fills the remaining 25% of seats and any vacancies against either MAT scores or on the basis of the candidate's performance in his or her qualifying examination. This two-year programme is designed to develop future managers to operate in the most dynamic and exciting business environment.
