Shakira Begum, wife of Late Hakeem Mehtab Uddin Hashmi under the umbrella of Hashmi Human Resources Development Society. The Law College is affiliated to the MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, UP. Hakeem Mehtab Uddin Hashmi College of Law offers an LLB programme (three years) and a BA LLB (five years) programme.
