About HAL Pravara Aviation Institute, Nashik
HAL Pravara Aviation Institute, Nashik is a premier institute in Nashik dedicated to aviation studies. The college currently offers two courses for admissions. The college has got an approval certificate from the Office of the Director General of Civil Aviation, New Delhi. HPAI Nashik offers admissions to Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and B.Sc Aeronautics. Candidates who have passed their class 12 with Science stream with aggregate of 50% marks. Students who have completed three years Engineering diploma in mechanical, electrical, electronics and aeronautical are also eligible for admissions.
Talking about the infrastructure of The HPAI Nashik, the college has six smart classrooms equipped with projectors, audio video systems and white-boards. The college also has a modern e-library facility that comprises more than 20 computers. The college also has a basic shop that is equipped with the lathe machines, shapers, drilling machines, power hacksaws, milling machines, welding machines, fitting shop and sheet metal working etc. HPAI Nashik also has a hangar facility for the accommodation of three aircrafts including one Cessna-152 aircraft fitted with Lycoming O-235-2A engine, one dismantled Cessna-152 aircraft fitted with Lycoming O-235-2C engine & one MIG Military Aircraft fitted with R11-300 engine.

Average institute with high fees and uncertain outcomes
College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is basic and functional, not impressive. While the institute operates near HAL premises, students should not assume regular access to real aircraft or advanced aviation facilities. Workshops and labs exist, but usage is limited, and exposure depends heavily on batch size and internal permissions. The environment feels more like a training centre than a full-fledged college.
