Hazi Taufeeq Ali Mahavidyalaya, Kannauj [U.P.] was established in the year 2011. It is an affiliated constituent college of Uttar Pradesh, India. This co-ed institution is accredited by NCTE and only focuses on teacher education courses. This compact campus lays over 1.031 acres, where two full-time courses are offered, having a total enrolment of 1,338 students, whereas faculty stands at 31, and the student-to-teacher ratio is pretty positive.

It also ensures that the students receive a cordial learning environment within the college campus. The college contains many facilities that help in making the learning process more enriching. The library acts as an ideal resource centre with a wide range of academic resources available to the students. For the students who are more fond of sporting activities, there is a sporting facility to ensure a healthy balance between academic and physical activities. Course Offered Hazi Taufeeq Ali Mahavidyalaya offers two different courses regarding education. The B.Ed is a two-year full-time course, whose aim is to generate successful teachers at the secondary and higher secondary level. The undergraduate level also has another course: the two-year full-time Diploma in Elementary Education, prepares teachers for primary education. 

Admission to Hazi Taufeeq Ali Mahavidyalaya is made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test conducted for this purpose. In B.Ed, admissions are made as per the State Government policy and affiliated University. Admission to D.El.Ed is done according to merit, based on a policy issued by the State Government or UT administration. This is another way of giving an opportunity to meritorious students who get admitted to fulfill their ambitions of teaching in the institution.
