    About Hind Seva Parishad's Public Night Degree College, Mumbai

    Hindu Seva Parishad’s Public Night Degree College was inaugurated in 1998 and is located at the centre of Mumbai. It is an affiliated college in Santacruz East, which has been educating the students of the community for more than two decades. It provides various courses of study; five courses at four levels of degrees for 492 students of the institution.  The college boasts a faculty of 10 dedicated instructors, guaranteeing every student quality intervention. 

    Hindu Seva Parishad’s Public Night Degree College provide a bunch of facilities that would help in improving the learning environment for the college students. A large reading room on the sixth floor functions as a library for storing and using textbooks, reference books, journals and periodicals. The college also provides Internet facilities and CDs for Educational purposes for a comprehensive search. The cleaned computer laboratory containing current software and internet access enables the students to work after hours of lectures with enhanced technical skills. The physical fitness needs are met with a 2000 sq. meter play area on the campus of the school. The college also possesses a spacious and clean cafeteria selling cheap and cost-recovered meals to allow students to make healthy diets. An auditorium is used for these kinds of occasions as well as seminars, while departmental laboratories are used for practical sessions. The implementation of the health centre on campus with basic first aid provision serves the interests of all on campus. 

    Hind Seva Parishad’s Public Night Degree College is permanently affiliated with the University of Mumbai. It was accredited with a 'B' grade by NAAC in 2008–09. Public Night Degree College, run by the Hindu Seva Parishad, delivers a total of five courses at undergraduate and post-graduate levels. This includes B.Com, BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies), B.Sc Information Technology, M.Com Accountancy, and M.Com in Business Management. These programmes are intended to prepare students for employment in the current job world by offering the right knowledge and skills.

    The admission procedure followed at the Hindu Seva Parishad’s Public Night Degree College is straightforward, coupled with merit-based admission. For the undergraduate programmes such as B.Com, BMS and B.Sc Information Technology, admission is offered as per the merit of the candidate in the XII standard examinations. The postgraduate programmes, M.Com in Accountancy and M.Com in Business Management, are open for graduates in Commerce.
