Implying that its rules are stringent, Hindi Teachers Training College, Boys Imphal, which started in 1975, is situated in the city centre of Manipur. This affiliated college located in D.M. College Campus has been moulding would-be educators for the past nearly five decades. The NCTE of India endorses the college and is undergraduate and postgraduate focused on teacher education exclusively in Hindi language teaching.

Hindi Teachers Training College occupies a compact but efficiently designed area of 1.5125 acres, which, on its size, ensures that the college is small and compact and can deliver the best academic training for students.
