HLM Business College was established in the year 2005 as a private affiliated management college. The institute is co-educational and is located at the 11th KM Milestone, Delhi-Meerut Road, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. This campus is compact with an area of 1.05 acres. It is approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and imparts education with a single postgraduate programme. The college currently has 74 students, with a faculty of 18 highly qualified dedicated professionals. With its commitment to the cause of Management Education, the institute aims at shaping future business leaders in a rapidly changing global economy. 

HLM Business Collegee is facilitated well with all sorts of amenities that help in building up the proper environment for the students to study and develop their potentialities. Most central among these are the well-stocked library facilities, working as an information resource center for students and faculty alike. For the students inclined towards physical fitness, sports facilities and a gym have been provided. This will ensure that a balance exists between the developing mental faculty and a healthy body.  The I.T. infrastructure in the campus is equally modern and made such that these facilities are available to the students both inside the campus and in the hostels. A cafeteria would provide a relaxation and socialising centre for the students, while an auditorium would be there for guest lectures, seminars, and various other events that bring vibrancy into college life. The college also takes care of the welfare of the students by having separate boys' and girls' hostel facilities that provide comfortable accommodation to those coming from places outside the town. The institute has provided a health centre with first-aid facilities and a guest house that caters to visiting faculty and family members, making the college atmosphere still more hospitable. 

HLM Management College currently offers only one postgraduate programme: a full-time Master of Business Administration course. This is a two-year programme with an approved intake of 120 students, speaking volumes about the institute's commitment toward quality education in a niche area of specialisation. While there is only a single degree, the students benefit from intense and comprehensive study of the principles of management and its practices. The MBA programme, therefore, seeks to equip their students with the proper tools and know-how to succeed in the corporate arena with possible specialisations tailored to meet the current market demands. 

Admission to the MBA course at HLM Management College is highly competitive and rigorous. Prospective students are required to appear for national-level entrance exams. The college accepts scores from two such exams: the Common Admission Test (CAT) and the Management Aptitude Test (MAT). These basically are standardised tests that assess aptitude for management studies and form an important part of the selection process.
