Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital located in Abohar Punjab was established in 1975 is one of the biggest institutions in the field of homeopathic education in India. Situated in technical Hanumangarh Road close to the BSF Camp, it is one of the Affiliated Colleges which is recognized by the Central Council of Homeopathy CCH. It occupies a campus area of 20 acres and has only one course to provide, the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS course). The college currently has 147 students with 34 faculty members thus ensuring that the college has a convenient student-teacher ratio.
