HP College of Education, Kala Amb, was established in 2003. The college is located at Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh, and is an affiliated college. It specialises in teacher education and has the approval of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The campus is a compact 1-acre affair that houses a co-educational facility for aspirant teachers.
