Begun in the year 2015, Hura Bipadtaran Pati and Bhadurani Pati PTTI D.El.Ed. College in Purulia, West Bengal, is, therefore, very young as an institution, but it has been doing its best to carve out future educators. This NCTE-accredited college runs a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education course to aspiring teachers who want to make a difference in primary education.
