B.Sc. Textile Design course comprises the curriculum of basic printing techniques and textile techniques, print design, printing, and finishing, quality analysis and assurance, surface development techniques, and most importantly the history of textiles. At IIFD, B.Sc. Textile Designing is an undergraduate degree course. Textile Design includes the study of the concepts and processes of making designs for knitted, woven, or printed fabrics, sewing designs, print, weave, color detailing, texture, etc. By means of methodical values and computer applications. The B.Sc. The textile Design degree course involves the study of practical aspects of manufacture and the properties of fibers yarn and dyes. The course trains the student in all interconnectivity techniques linked to Textile design including computer application in the textile design procedure. B.Sc. The textile Design degree course also covers the study of some of the focused fields in the area of Textile Design such as Interiors (home furnishing)
