Indrakali Ramji Singh B.Ed. College, established in 2016, is an affiliated educational institute with its location in Gopalganj, Bihar. This is a co-educational institute that has a compact 1-acre campus solely for the purpose of teacher education. The college offers two regular courses at the undergraduate level: Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education; it also has an approved intake of 50 students per course. The total enrolment is 31 students with a faculty strength of 10, and the student-teacher ratio is appreciable. The institution is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education and strives to impart quality education in the teaching field.

Other facilities include canteen, auditorium to conduct events and seminars, guest rooms for visiting faculty and family members, a health centre with first-aid facilities. Indrakali Ramji Singh B.Ed. College offers a total of two courses; both are full-time based.

The Bachelor of Education, B.Ed. and the Diploma in Elementary Education, D.El.Ed., are oriented towards professional teachers. Each course would be for a period of two years and would have an approved enrolment of 50 students, thus bringing the total student enrolment to 100.
