Indus Institute of Special Studies, Ahmedabad is a constituent college, established in 2015. Situated in Rancharda, via Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, this institute specializes in clinical research and healthcare management education. Courses Offered IISS offers following two full-time courses : 2-year M.Sc in Clinical Research 3-year B.Sc in Clinical Research and Healthcare Management.

The Indus Institute of Special Studies is fully equipped with state-of-the-art setup. The campus has separate boys' and girls' hostels, with special blocks for foreign students. The campus also has a spacious cafeteria serving vegetarian delicacies and a fully air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of 600, acting as the centre for cultural activities and functions.

The Indus Institute of Special Studies currently offers two specialised courses in the areas of clinical research and healthcare management. Both of them are full-time courses aimed at providing in-depth knowledge and practical skills to the students in respective areas. The M.Sc Clinical Research is a 2-year postgraduate programme, whereas B.Sc Clinical Research and Healthcare is a 3-year undergraduate course with an enrolment capacity of 20 students each. This brings the total available seats to 40 in number every year.
