Yes with 3452 rank in NHMJEE, you can expect to get into IHM Delhi, but that would be a little dependent on luck since the closing rank for OBC- NCL Category for the year 2018 was 3389.

            Congratulations on your rank.3503 is such a good rank. But unfortunately, you can't get IHM Kolkata because its previous year cutoff rank for general category students is 2655. But you can get a seat in so many other top IHM's. Following are the central government IHM's along
